They have no padding, no absorption as you walk. Super stiff and uncomfortable. Actually increased my discomfort and the plantar fasciitis symptoms.

The arch hump extends all the way across my foot. Tried several days and ended up in worse foot and knee pain.

The description says it fits all shoe types, not really. It get snug because there is so much material and it is dense so not very forgiving in an already fitting shoe.
