Ive also visited dermatologists and most solutions ive been provided with in the past just masked some of the symptoms and didnt help too much either

I noticed it helped a bit but it was the summer and pretty humid so i wasnt experiencing too many problems

Ive only had very minor reactions to certain foods that i have slight allergies too but the reaction is very different and doesnt have to do with skin dryness

I did also go on a week long trip when i wasnt taking the supplement and i did get some dryness especially towards the end of the trip it was getting more serious

So if you can afford that regularly maybe try that as well and compare if youre able to do so
