Pros

The longer they cook, the more flavor they take from the broth itself. These are fantastic for asian style dishes. My favorite way to eat them is to saute' meat or seafood with a little oil.

A great low calorie alternative to pasta. Calorie and carbohydrate free, but just as filling as spaghetti. If you are on a low carb diet, these are a great substitute.

Cons
