Yes it is a little more labor intensive than some whitening products however it does not create any sensitivity issues and the results are visible after one week of consistent use

I have a teeny tiny bit of sensitivity after 3 or 4 days of twice a day for fifteen minutes but its nothing compared to the sensitivity after using white strips

Most of them i can’t handle for more than a couple of treatments because of sensitivity or they just don’t work
