Pros

Shift crisply, brake smoothly. Great bang for the buck.

Wishes there was a tension adjustment for the rear derailleur line. Works great on my 15 yo giant mtb ride like new. Fabulous upgrade for my older fuji bike.

One little nitpick is that the shifting cables come pre-installed but are wrapped hopelessly around each other. I also like the new shifting position, everything is at my fingertips.

Cons

The hole around the cable on right side is too big for a snug fit of the cable end (ferrule) and there are threads down in there where the adjuster screw should go. In going to have to drill them out or return them.
