Pros

Cleat covers are a must if you have to walk on concrete or gravel. They attach to the bikes at the gym perfectly. They connect to my pedals perfectly. However, the shimano pedals have these cleats.

This is very light but sturdy. Great for indoor trainer use.

Easy to install durability and nice invertion

Wonderful fleet fits are any good cycling shoe comfortable and adjustable i must have for any cyclist

There was no doubt i would like these cleats ive a previous pair for several years simple wore them out

But one year after i got my first carbonfiber bike my cleats starting getting stuck or not locking in i had to investigate
