This was the highest end shimano mech that would work with my 3x7 drivetrain

The only downside the cable is not jacketed so when you order if you are not replacing the same exact shifterbrake the cable jacket may not attach to the shifter but it can be adjusted so that it works

Unfortunately no it does not or at least it would if i replaced the sram shifter
