Pros
The shifaa nutrition gummy multivitamins are halal and vegetarian friendly, and are allergen-free. I like that they have included 80 mcg's of iodine. I'm pleased that these vitamins don't have vitamin overkill - the contents are right around the rda.
The taste and texture far surpasses any of the american firms i have tried previously. The fruity taste is strong (but it's not sickeningly sweet), and the texture is very even. I really like that these are citrusy and flavor.
Cons
The gummies are all brown and all stuck together. They are tolerable but nothing i would ever order again since there are so many better tasting options out there.

Almost every option i found managed to have animal product in it even the non gummy options which is ridiculous

They dont look super appetizing but i think thats because they are dyed colors with natural fruit dyes instead of synthetic coloring
