Pros

Easy to install and easy to use. Much better than other compatible toner. Lasted just as long as the name brand cartridges. Color copies print very nicely and cartridge are half the price name brand.

Cons

Maybe we were sent a defective item. The quality is poor. An entire waste of a cartridge and the office comes to a halt. They cause a load noise while printing and get ink on the back of some pages.
