Pros
The warmth feels really nice, but it's not too hot for it to become uncomfortable. Because it seriously feels like someone strong is massaging you. I'm an old ex-dancer who can handle a fairly hard massage.
One of my co-workers has sinus issues - bad - used nasal spray 4 times a day. I have chronic tendonitis and this is amazing! It is very painful on those locked up muscles and tight tendons, but that is what it takes to get them better.
