Pros
Low-level clicking is not distracting. Only thing that bothers me is the sleep mode. I have misophonia and the clicking from a mouse drives me bonkers.
This mouse is amazingly quiet. It fits my hand nicely. It's excellent because it doesn't make much of a sound.
Fits small hands excellently. Hard to find a mouse that accommodates that. I am a woman with a medium sized hand and felt that it was perfect.
Usb dongle slides into the mouse for easy storage. No more unplugging the wrong dongles when switching out usb accessories. Shhh logo is also on the dongle.
Cons
It is silent, but it's very sluggish. The pointer moves all over the place and sometimes gets lost on my screen. The scroll toggle is very creaky.
Eats up batteries and then died about a year. But these mouse are cheap, so i ordered another thinking the first one was probably defective. It goes through batteries like nobodies business and they are very glitchy about staying in the groove. Tried ... Read More

When i peeled the little sticker off the mouse that says 34click to wake me up34 it left an oval of sticky residue and now its really hard for me to use

As a gis tech there is a lot of clicking for my daily tasks and i wanted a mouse that would not annoy me or others around me

I didnt realize just how quiet the tiny amount of clicking was during that first use until i used the regular mouse again on the other machine
