Pros
It has a removable support plate at the bottom and a removable soft layer for your pet to lie on. Putting the shoulder strap across my body helped somewhat and smoothed the ride for the pet.
Overall very thrilled with the product. Thank you for making a stressful journey easier!
Cons
The bag is well made but i am very disappointed in the missing strap. The zipper material is so cheap that i got stuck on the very first use. I was given a knock-off, and while it may still be a decent bag, it is not the product as advertised.

Make sure you take a look at the dimensions and specs and know your dogs measurementsize this is not a big carrier and even our small dog was a bit cramped in it

Initially i worried that my 11 pound almost four month old springer spaniel pup would be too large for the carrier which essentially was only about the length of my shoulders

What was only supposed to be a max of 4 hours in the carrier turned out to be over 10 due to plane cancellations and extra taxi and ferry rides plus all the waiting around

The carrier itself is great but the tags and papers are all either damaged or dirty leading me to believe its a return or was tossed around the warehouse
