The wider casters roll smoothly and dont seem to be marking the floors at all

I made the mistake of buying 2 sets of polyurethane casters from green group a couple of weeks ago to save a little money but instead wasted about 30

They are roughrolling and noisy and dont want to swivel and i cant stand to use them

I noticed the edge of the wheel that touches the floor is about twice as wide on the shepherd as the green group noname they are generic with no brand which is probably one reason they roll around so much better

They seem to swivel ok when i hold the leg up off the floor and move the casters by hand so i cant tell what is causing the problem

I had to assume these casters were suitable even tho i returned them because the flooring about which i was concerned did not require them
