If youre going to buy a ceramic knife you have to keep in mind that it is by nature a brittle material

The way the shaft is designed look at the curve of the handle you get to use the entire length of the blade

It doesnt slice quite as well as the kyocera knives because the blade seems to be slightly thicker than the corresponding 5 kyocera knife
