Pros
It fit perfectly and works without hassles. It is good to have alternatives to oem batteries which seem to be priced quite high in comparison.
Cons
Two-pack of hitachi 18v batteries failed after only four months. One set seems to be doing good the other is totally dead after zero use but constantly charged.

The originals both died untimely deaths i am guessing they had been left discharged for too long before the product was sold

Of course the way the original equipment batteries are priced your are usually better off just buying a new tool rather than buying replacement batteries
