I have sprayed one round of spray and the plants do look good but i dont know if its just because theyre in the spring time and they are just growing or if its because this stuff is actually doing what it says its supposed to

One thing that concerns me is it does look like that green might be staining my sprayer so im not sure if thats a natural thing or if they added some type of coloring because of the possible staining
