Pros

Molly gilbert’s sheet pan sweets is a must for all home bakers, especially if you're looking to feed a crowd. Sooo simple, moist delicious. The ultimate comfort food is accomplished with her carrot soup and so very many more delicious recipes.

The book was printed with rounded corners which match the radius of a sheet pan. I love that it's paperback and not too heavy - easy to cart around the kitchen.

Molly writes with an easy armchair style- a mixture of humor and immaculate detailing.
