This has slowed released caffeineif you take two in the morning you up super energy for the whole dayif you take one you feel around normal but an extra boostin the afternoons only take one do not take two or you will be up the whole night as i learned on my first dosethis works by making you activei didnt stop moving till late at night and even then i was sitting in my chair reaching for things and moving aroundas for hungry i havent really eaten much the whole day except for a salad and some vegetables and fruitim extremely healthy eater and i believe this is key to getting resultsdo not take this on an empty stomacheat many greens and vegetables while taking this and it will increase the resultsdoing it on an empty stomach does not give the body the nutrients it needs to rid it of its fat in detox it of toxic tissuesi suggest eating lots of lemons tomatoes carrots broccoli and how do yourself some grassfed whey protein if youre working out as welli have pretty much burned all the fat on my stomach in the six pack is coming in quickly and quite nicelyi will post a picture of the six pack whenever i get to that pointi apologize i did not take before photos

Between thermo and the gym im down over 10 pounds not including the 8 i gained on vacation so 18 overall

I do not take these 100 regularly but i believe that these are at work as clothes are a little loose even after laundry
