Pros

Biceps and triceps and fore arms where looking amazing. During my workouts (weights or cardio) this product gives be a boost and more endurance.

Sheer's nitric oxide is the best n. Although it's not pycnogenol (french maritime pinebark), it’s pinus pinestar - which is also maritime pinebark. Sheer n. O is a great supplement.

No boost is a great preworkout supplement and excellent pump. Great pumps and strength without the crazy jitters like my old stimulant based products. Love the fact that it is in capsule form. The pump is real guys!

Cons

The potency is just not there anymore. Zero pump.
