Just installed on my daughters 2007 taurus to replace the faulty original. Worked great, easy to install, works great, on 2005 ford taurus.

I found it difficult to maneuver the top part of the shell out of the way
Even while pressing in the key lock release mechanism you still have to give a decent tug to remove the lock
