Pros
Shea (raw) has so many natural properties its unbelievable. The scent is pure. It's comforting and reassuring to know the shea butter is pure and untouched. It melted perfectly for lip balms and salves.
Shea butter sets up my soap firmer for a harder bar. Very nice for my moisturizer bars.
Cons
It smells like firewood or burnt charcoal. Smells like chocolate, very greasy, hard to melt and extremely tough. Product was full of debris (when melted down), grit and looks like it was mixed with another oil.
