Pros

Unlike my previous travel pouch this is a lot sturdier however it’s also heavier. It is super compact, and fits in my purse easily. Has good impact protection in the case larger ice block and holds the vials in a secured place.

While the product may not be the most glamorous, it certainly gets the job done. I appreciate the convenient carrying strap, and the insulation keeps my insulin at the appropriate temperature.

Everything zips up securely. Zipper is a little stiff when zipping up. Keeps cool for 10+ hours — out of sunlight.

Used to have a medicool case and bought this one as a replacement. Worked great for hubby medication. My dog is diabetic and needs his shots twice a day. Saved my medication from getting warm.

The lid has a place for your syringe. Comes with a freeze container which can hold two vials of insulin and a pouch for some needles. Space for two bottles of medication, alcohol preps and syringes.

Cons

This thing is huge! No longer sanitary. Thaws too quickly. Doesnt last all day. Even tried using zipper wax.

This is well made and the perfect size to fit my medicine in for traveling

I bought one of this back on feb of last year and almost 2 years later it broke

It was already failing a month ago or so until yesterday it completely gave up

There was at least 12 hours between the time the product left my freezer and when we arrived at our hotel

Flew to boston and the temperture was very hot plane delayed several hours but my medications was ice cold

We had over 16 hours of travel before we reached our cabin on the cruise
