Before and after pics). I got bought this to be able to take my insulin to an upcoming wedding this month. About 3 hours tops. It works exactly as advertised.

It isn't insulated like a beer cooler, it has a reflective interior and the outer shell is hard and durable.

Cons

With both freezer packs inserted you will not be able to fit any size vial of medicine. Not even if the rest of the container is empty of syringes or other supplies. Keeps cold a max of 3 hours.

Very disappointed. Not impressed. Wouldn’t recommend in the future.
