It isn't insulated like a beer cooler, it has a reflective interior and the outer shell is hard and durable. My husband and i both are diabetic and i had hoped this would make keeping his insulin cold throughout his 12 plus longer work days.

With both freezer packs inserted you will not be able to fit any size vial of medicine. Not even if the rest of the container is empty of syringes or other supplies. Keeps cold a max of 3 hours.

Very disappointed. Not impressed. Wouldn’t recommend in the future.
