Pros

Use this for two of the dog meds that need to stay cold. It keeps them at a refrigerated temp for up to 6 hours.

Case is durable with hard sides. Sturdy double zippers (smooth finish with a flair at the end for a good grip) zipper around ends is a little tough.

It fits a few pens and needles. Not huge, just right.

Cons

The zipper is incredibly stiff and won't budge without tremendous effort. The gel is of very low quality and the stick holding the gel burst open on my second flight with my meds. Very disappointed in this product.
