I could never tell which was the correct up side batteries would be upside down and falling everywhere when i didnt open it the correct way

The box itself wasnt storing properly it would not want to be sat on any of its sides

Interior storage is better too it covers the cr round 3v batteries which the other box didnt

Sturdiness is much better on this one its hard plastic with a rubber seal around the edges to prevent moisture ingress

It keeps them organized so not digging though a cardboard box shoved full of batteries of unknown quality

This case prevents the batteries from touching each other a situation that though not common can have disastrous results

While i cant vouch for the accuracy of this i can say that it shuts quite tight and i would be surprised if dust could get through
