Pros
Customer service is also great and no hassle. Got this for my partner. Birthday present for 16 yr old family member. Only one downfall is the packaging.
Cons
Razors that attach are thin, flexible and are not safe for use with facial hair beyond peach fuzz. The only good thing about this product is the pre-shave, shaving cream and after shave.

Should have just stuck with my original plan to buy a brush and cup i will say the oils so far are okay but the razor is a nightmare wish i would have just got a true one the very thin blade is flimsy and the instructions on how to install are confusing says that there are things sticking up to hold the blade yea there not there just two holes no kind of pin for the blade to rest on while the clasp comes down to hold it in place at all the blade ended up offset everytime ended up cutting myself twice before pulling my double edge razor out to finish was quite excited to get a straight razor for the first time just to shave with my old one
