Microwave appears unable of expelling steam so you end up with 1cm of water floating around in the bottom of the oven. The item seems cheaply made and if it was half the money or less then maybe i’d expect it to be like it is.

I am still waiting despite being promised a call from sharp 4days ago and it took 3 chat attempts to get assurances that have not been fulfilled
