Pros
Microwave has a flatbed which is a 'whole new ball game' in how much i can / will use it. The keypad is harder to use, as noted by previous reviewers, but with use, it seems to be getting easier.
Cons

It is quite a bit heavier than my previous one as there is more room on the inside with the flatbed etc

I haven’t got round to trying the pre set programmes yet but the defrost and heating time settings are all pretty straightforward to use

The manual unfortunately has been printed onto a5 paper and is so small as to be virtually unreadable i had to print it out again from an online version
