Pros
As with mopping, you need to vacuum or sweep before steam mopping. It really steams while cleaning and gets off the built on dirt. It also pumps the steam as you mop, so there is less random steam billowing out the bottom.
Cons
I agree with everyone that liked this steamer while it worked. Works fine for about a year or so and then its like the system backs up. Same problems with no steam and * of water and steam.
The mop is out of warranty by a few months. Amazon should take immediate action to cease all sales of their products. Cheap to expensive don't want to get ripped off and have to replace again.
It heats up but no water flow. There is no steam, just dribbles of water. Plastic is crumbling and blocking the nozzle.

Only thing i dont like is instead of a trigger to activate the steam you have to pump the handle and while you are doing that you get a puddle of water on the floor from the steam
