I'm a runner and have very tight calves and my shin splints sometimes flare up. It's amazing how well it works all over the body — arms, legs, neck. Also helps with my restless leg syndrome and cellulite has decreased.

Foam rolling before the gym is very effective. The stretch is okay for me. I'm a woman size 16 and carry most of my weight in my thighs. I was able to take this all the way to the tops of my thighs - the stretch is good.

Cons

It barely fits around my forearm, at fullest stretch it fits my bicep - not even close to fitting my calves or thighs. Impossible to do yourself. The video is not doable in my opinion!
