Pros

The flavor is good however, we prefer the fruit punch over the lemon. Takes a while for powder to fully dissolve.

Pricey but worth it. Packets make it much easier to travel with. It is a bit more expensive because of packaging, but that makes sense.

Cons

Mixing this even with a blender leaves a * yellowish * on the top. This is very disconcerting and should be addressed immediately by sfh.

One of the best pre workout products i have used it just tastes like 💩

It has a strong taste and after taste and doesn’t dissolve so easily

Taken about 20 minutes prior to warm ups i have broken through endurance and strength barriers consistently

The cost is a bit high but it’s honestly great for needing that extra edge without all that caffeine
