The main issue is that it sometimes leaves black marks on the tshirts i am pressing

I cleaned once it cooled all round everything and made sure the cable was nowhere near the hot plate in case it was that but it still occasionally leaves a black mark on the edges weeks later im using tefal sheets now above and under the garments to make sure nothing spoils them but i shouldnt have to resort to that

My advice you will get 2 sheets of heat resistant paper but they are too small if you using all space of pad
