The only issue i have is with how soft the inner silicon layer is because when i pull open the tab to charge it it is so soft that the edge can come unseated from the hard shell somewhat and it’s annoying to finagle it back into place

He hasnt dropped it yet so not sure how case would hold up yet but it is a thick hard plastic case that seems like it would pass the test

The shoulder strap is a bonus so if he accidentally drops it it wont actually hit the ground

One of the clips on the shoulder strap already broke and on the black case the stand arm pops out of the case when you try to open it to stand the ipad up
