The ring is comfortable once you get it on but i had to smooth out the cage with a dremmel tool because it had some sharp edges inside that made it really uncomfortable
Sharp edges on the inside of product i ordered the one with the smallest of the three ring sizes because i thought i was small but i guess im not
I only wear it when my wife is torturing me so i cant speak for extended wear
