Pros
The shackles themselves are very soft on the inside and comfortable to wear on the joints of the arms and legs. They can be opened and closed with velcro. Strap material seems nice and is not rough at all.

Easy to setup. Big thing to remember is to flip the bottom over. They're easy to set up and hide when not in use.
Cons
The harness is flimsy and breaks easily. Couldn't have been more disappointed.

Utimi has once again surprised me with the quality of their products being far higher than those in a similar price range
Simple costeffective and just a generally solid product
I have never ordered from this company before so was a little concerned about the quality and durability of the item
But after a little playing with the strap buckles we were able to get it tighten
Price
I think the price is right to order a replacement later though if needed
Shipping
The item was shipped the next working day via prime shipping and was discreetly packed in a small amazon box
Overall a good product but the shipping package really let me down
The front of the package has the shipping label the picture is if the back
Packaging/appearance
While the shipping packaging was simple the reusable twist tie makes a convenient way to bundle things back up for storage
Privacy is respected w opaque packaging and writing does not disclose contents
This time the item shipped in original packaging so now everyone in my house knows what i bought
Really gotta love that the company out so much effort into eel packaging this
Competitiveness
With scissors and a lighter i think it can also be adapted to a 90cm mattress
Normally i recommend utimi products without hesitation but this one had me feeling pretty iffy

Just buy with caution if you and your sub are more on the wild side of things since im not sure this would last more than a few sessions with particularly rough play
