Pros

Loved the size perfect for a dorm room. The wheels are great but it would have been better to have the option for it to be carried or pulled. I congratulate this company for delivering this product as fast and efficient as they did.

Cons

Trunk is cheaply made. It is made out of cardboard. I'm not sure if it’s from glue or what but it's horrible. I cam home from work looking forward to see how it was packaged and it was a disaster.

The height is not what i had hoped for. Also expected it to be tough enough to withstand the rigors of travelling but it looks like it can scratch easily. Almost impossible to open when locked. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a lock, when the ma... Read More

I was incredibly impressed by the quick turn around time and immediate action to replace the lost trunk

The locking mechanism was a little week but we just added a pad lock to secure the product

Second the product quality was good it would be a matter of time before we know if it lives up to 4 years of dorm life
