I found the right position for an average of 16 grams and the grinding process for a cup of coffee took only some seconds the machine stops automatically

About the the grind consistency the grinding results in variable sized particles but its quite consistent see the picture i made for the 9th level of coarseness on a a4 sheet of paper and what you see there is a 5 mm id washer
