Strong enough to hold up to 450 lbs go by this limit not the 700 lb limit as stated on the x shaped ceiling mountsergonomic design agreed

Its well made and i am excited to use it but disappointed i now need to go out and buy 14 self tapping screws to mount this

It looked pretty good but i was never able to use it
