The author also does not come across as a knowitall he is very sensitive to the conflicts in these fields as indicated by the lack of a unified theory and to the reality that what is known now pales in distant comparison to what is not

Readable in one or two sittings it devotes its seven lessons to individually compelling topics its treatment of them is uneven some clearer than others but all are provocative and thoughtfully rendered
