Both my girls have disabilities which are impact by, eg, temperatures (too hot or too cold) and they also tend to have the “dropsy’. It works as adverised.

It would be better if the holder was a little flatter so the plates have more of the holder exposed to hold the plates comfortably and no space between the holder and the underside of the plate
