Pros

They fit our various coffee/espresso makers just fine. I have no idea how many ozs they hold, i'm not a nit picky fanatic.

Mugs are great for microwavable cereal and milk or instant oatmeal. Thick handle is roomy so the mug can be picked up, held, and put down securely.

The painting is perfect as well as the stenciling. The daisy design is elegantly engraved and flows near the handle. It has a nice glaze finish. For reference these are also a matte finish.

Cons

Not worth my time to repackage and return. How they have a retail price of $50 i have no idea. Is it really the shippers fault it gets broken when the packing job gave the item no chance to survive?

False advertising of jumbo size mugs. Handles are too small to fit 2 adult fingers and hold the cup comfortably, but it might be ok for a child. They are fine if you are ok with a 16 oz.

They colors are vibrant i dont like pastels the designs are etched into the mug itself
