The only problem i have after having added 56 drops of peppermint oil is that i can sometimes inhale the oil literally into my nostrils which is not ideal

However i do not follow the directions of keeping the inhaler sevl inches belong my nose and letting the fumes waft up i breathe in wthe inhaler placed at the based of ea nostril tipped just off to one side
