Pros

Save yourself the hassle and try here first. It isn't often one can get the personal attention of someone so familiar with a product like this. Sort of like canvas. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.

Soft, cushy yet gives us enough support (which side sleepers need) no neck pain. First good night of sleep in years. I’m a side-sleeper, but it would also work fine for back-sleepers. Soft enough for stomach sleepers like myself.

Cons

Could have bought a $20 pillow at ikea and been no worse off. There are two layers of fabric and every movement causes them to rub and make noise. The pillow is stuffed to tight and has never softened or formed.
