It stings a bit in the beginning but it really was the miracle i was hoping for. The relief i feel is overwhelming.
This one is definitely a keeper. This brand is the most affordable by a decent gap, it's the same stuff as the spendy brands. I'm so thankful to have found it!
Nature republic aloe foaming cleanser is gentle and oil free. Get one of those silicone face scrubbers too. Adds one more face wash with this soap before ending my shower and my skin feels clean until bedtime.
This soap reduces inflammation from skin conditions and reduces break outs, flakiness, and oily skin. It is a leave on exfoliator so it absorbs deep into the skin to fight seb derm as well as prevent blemishes from occurring.
Cons
If your skin is very sensitive and inflamed this burns much worse than other soaps. The photo is deceptive. The bars shipped are about 2/5 the thickness of those in the photo.

They werent listed for keratosis pilaris specifically but i bought a 2 pack
I’m not sure but this bar must be really compressed or packed
