These are really decent quality and vibrantly colored. Met my expectations. Very durable product. Exactly as pictured.
Was for a 2 yr old birthday. Very colorful and accurate representation of cookie monster and elmo. Super adorable for my daughter's first birthday party.
Cons
Product is deceiving. At least the napkins are as advertised.
Picture for item definitely misrepresents what is received. This is what i received, no balloon and no party list.
A complete waste of money. Don't bother buying these. Not worth the money.
