Pros

Great product with a consistent resistance and excellent durability. Very durable, helped a lot during my pull ups. Kudos to serious steel.

Good latex, with 15 layers. Made in sri lanka. Sri lanka is the best latex, though.

The lighter ones are great for mobility and re-hab and the heavier'mothers' for deload chins. There's also some negatives, but it pertains mostly to this entire class of product.

The company recommends cutting off the peeling spot with scissors after it reaches about 3 inches. Seems to be made to last for quite awhile as long as they aren't pinched or accidentally sliced. I keep them in the garage so we'll see how they hold up... Read More

Cons

Not just one seam but multiple seams on all bands. The add and pictures are misleading. If you're going to advertise the use of bands for powerlifting, they need to come in pairs.
