Pros
Choline is one of my favorite supplements now. It's the cheapest and easiest to find nootropic that pairs well with any of the racetams. It is vital for providing the extra neurotransmitters needed when supplementing with nootropics.

Thus my experience is that this product needs to be taken with vitamin d sufficiency and a diet containing calcium

One word of warning taking too much choline can result in headaches or if taking large doses throughout the day for an extended period can lead to the 34choline blues34 which is a depressive state brought on by choline

If that happens stop taking it for a few days and lower the amount

Use this instead of choline bitartrate as the bitartrate form will cause horrible flatulence
