Pros
Great ball to relieve stress. Good and what i needed for orthopedic conditions. I love doing yoga and these are great for stretching and strengthening my hands.
The colors and design are very eye pleasing. It is so good i ordered a set of 2 more for her christmas gift. Very nice quality product. Really enjoying it.
Cons
The ball is too small and the slippery covering is not conducive to gripping. It's useless for fidgeting and hardly fun to squeeze. Also the serenilite letters fall off almost immediately.
