Its certainly not the kind of harness they can just slip out of but to say escape proof might be a stretch

I could see them getting out of they wanted but youd have to totally not be paying attention while youre cat was thrashing around on a leash 🙄i had to get a size larger med for my small cats even though they were on the small side of the measurements for a small but the medium fits
